How it Works

Recruiting Pods is audio only.

You call us and tell us how many shows you can commit to (6 or 12).  Then we’ll plan the first show by scripting out the topics and questions with you. Once we have your approval we can schedule the first show.

We produce, record, edit and publish each show on your behalf.  Your show will take place monthly via telephone conference call. Our podcaster will act as host and ask you questions. You can have up to 2 people from your firm on the call.

Shows are distributed on recruitingpods.com, iTunes and your own website via a podcast plugin we give you. The plugin is “maintenance free”. Once a show gets published on recruitingpods.com the plugin will pick it up automatically. These plugins are simple to use and easy to set up on your website. Here’s an example:
